San Antonio Sea World

I went to spend another week with jas, and we went to Sea World!! I love that place, the Dolphins are my favorite, i had to keep going back to feed them, it was so hot that day, we just wanted to jump in the water! We also saw the Shamu show and that was pretty good,  we had so much fun!

I just got back from visiting Jason in Texas again, and this time it we celebrated his birthday, he had surgery and then we got to take a little road trip down to Corpus Christy, to see the beach and the air craft carrier USS Lexington. We also went to the River walk again and to the Alamo We had so much fun, jason is doing a lot better and is trying to come home to visit as soon as he can and i can't wait!!

I got to go back down to texas to spend another week with jason and we were able to go out on the most fun date ever to see the comedian Jeff Dunham, then we went to the River Walk in down town San Antonio where we just walked around and had the best time together outside of the hospital finally, it was one of the best nights i have ever had, we just spent time together and took cute pictures and enjoyed the evening  before he had to go back into surgery the next day. Friday we had to be to the hospital at 7:30 in the morning and they didn't take him back till 6:00 that night, so as you can see in the picture, we kept falling asleep on the waiting room couches, so Kathy took the sleepy pictures of us and i love that picture! The surgery took longer than we thought it was going to because they had to redo some things in his wrist wich was a bit of a set back, but were glad they were able to find what was wrong and that they were able to fix things, it will just take some time to recover, but he is doing good now, he should be able to finally get out of bed and try and walk around a little bit tomorrow, i'm excited because  i get to go back and see him a week from today, and i can't wait!

I miss him so much when i am away from him, i'm so thankful that he is home safe and that he is doing better, hopefully he can come home soon! I love you Jason!

I just got home from San Antonio Texas where i spent the week with Jason in the hospital, he was injured over in Afghanistan  from a Roll over  in an MRAP, he suffered a very bad injury to his arm, where had an open fracture on his left arm, they had to do surgery immediately in afghanistan and Germany to fix the broken bones with 3 plates, 2 in his radius and one in the ulna, he was then flown to Virginia and then to Texas, where he underwent 2 more surgeries, the most recent one was on friday and he ended up being in the O.R. for over 6 hours, (LONGEST day of my life), they then repaired all the tendins in his wrist and hand,  they took out a nerve from his right leg to replace the missing 11 cm of nerve in his wrist, and then they had to graft it, so they took a big piece of skin off his left leg to graft over the missing areas on his arm, so he is pretty banged up! So, all in all he has a huge incision on the back of his right leg, major surgery on his left hand and arm, and then on his left thigh is the skin graft  that feels like the worst rug burn ever x10! The poor guy, was in so much pain, but i am so happy i was able to be there with him to help him with whatever he needed, he always has a great attitude and a smile on his face, He is doing much better now, the doctors are looking at it on thursday to see if anymore surgeries are needed, I am so happy that he is safe and  back in the states and recovering well, I love you and I am so proud of you Jason!
